Effective 2026-10-17. This policy explains how the “Haulout: Export Gemini Notebook (NotebookLM) Notes” Chrome extension (“the extension”), published by Haulout, handles your data.
The extension works entirely inside your browser. It moves your own data from Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM) to files on your computer. We do not run servers that receive this data, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics.
It accesses this only when you start a scan or export, and only for that purpose.
This version is free and contains no payments. It does not contact any server other than Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM). If paid features are added later, this policy will be updated before they ship.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to anyone. We do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. The use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The extension is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date, and describe material changes in the extension’s release notes before they take effect.
